What is machine retrofit?

The CNC machines are composed of mechanical parts and electrical parts mainly. These electrical parts consist of CNC controller, servo motors, servo drive units, wiring and peripheral electrical elements etc.

Generally, the durability of electrical parts is shorter than that of mechanical parts, furthermore the harsh environment of metal cutting machine accelerates the aging of electrical elements. The machine troubles occur more frequently after a limited operating time, and it stops eventually. Perhaps you feel the necessity of measures for stable machine operation and you may purchase new machine, but you have to find alternative solution if new machine is too expensive or it takes too long time to made new machine.
